43 Million Secrets is a documentary about domestic violence being made by the Makers of Memories Foundation.[1]

The purpose of the film is to:

Individuals were offered the ability to participate at the Makers of Memories foundation website.[2][3]

The documentary was to be released simultaneously in October, 2011 with the first Congressional Hearing on The Impact of Domestic Violence on Children in Washington, D.C. The purpose of the Congressional Hearing is to educate Congress members of the ways in which domestic violence affects children's development and adulthood from an emotional, social, physical, and cognitive perspectives and how the cycle of violence can be broken.[4]
